We evaluate telecom, billboard, wind, and solar ground leases through a real estate investment lens while analyzing site-level economics and private capital valuation models. This includes pricing perpetual and short-term easements, lease purchase transactions, and determining market value based on recurring rent and carrier tenancy data.

Tower & Site Operator
