We provide written commercial recommendations with redlines and key negotiation levers to position your team with clear next-step guidance. A second 60-minute call is included to review counter-offers and refine the commercial direction once updated terms are received. We support up to three rounds of commercial revisions to provide actionable guidance throughout the initial offer, counterproposal, and final execution phases.
